Happy Friday!
Good morning,
Here is a fun baby card I made for one of my parents who is expecting twin girls.
Boy, it taken me about 3 hours to finish. You know when you have it in your mind what you want it to look like, but have to keep changing it. First when I was sewing the lace on the circle, it would roll up. Then it hit me, you need to gather this lace first before attaching it to the circle. Had to make a new one. After I figured this out, it was fairly easy to put together. Here is everything I did.
This is a 4.75 x4.75 card. I made it to fit a 5 x5 envelope.
5 layer of nestabilities-1 with lace attached.
Cuttlebug-dots folder on scallops
Pattern paper-pink gingham
HM stamp and MCPT colored
skittles,glass beads,rainhearts,ribbon-my stash
Machine sewing,scallops circles pierced
3 different color cardstock
sentiment-computer generated
I added the glass beads around the stamped image and the sentiment.
Thanks for looking, and have a great weekend!
