Cuttlebug Spot D/T~At The Fair~Seeing Stars!!

Happy Mon.!

Hi~ya All!!

A very happy Monday to everyone. We are coming upon the end of Summer and all the exciting things we did, school is starting back. Now it seems like one big memory of what we did, travel, vacations, fairs, ect. This week at The Cuttlebug Spot our theme is "At the Fair." My D/T sisters imagination was off the hook, as there was an array of themes that we could use. I was talking with my good friend Donna M. and I thought about roller coasters. Yeah!, that was what I was going to use. I am an avid Disney fan, and the roller coaster with Mickey and friends seemed perfect. It is a Cuttlebug diecut, and I also used the CB stars folder in the background, and swiss dots on the roller coaster diecuts, which are popped with dimensionals. My title is called "Seeing Stars". I was trying to get the photo taken in a hurry and forgot to add the title, lol. Oh well, just pretend it is there. I printed my little tickets using the Waltograph fonts, and cut them out with the CB diecuts. The cardstock and DS paper is SU, I wanted a different color theme other than the traditional Mickey colors. I hope you like my little creations, and if you do leave me a comment.

Our design team is treading for higher ground, so this is possibly the last post from me as a D/T member, but you never know...., Nilda has a design team call which she will be posting next week, so for all you talented people, here is a chance to showcase your creations. Thank you Nilda for allowing so many talented ladies to be a part of a wonderful design team. I have truly enjoyed my 2 years as a D/T member and met so many wonderful friend. You are so special, as I know keeping this up is a bit of a challenge. Great job my friend!

There is a wonderful prize to be won, our sponsor this week is Simon Says Stamp, and they have a $50.00 gift certificate waiting for you. C'mon ladies get those creative juices flowing. Have a great week everyone, catcha later!

The CuttleBug Spot/DT~Babies!!!!

Happy Mon.!

Hi~ya All!

I hope you are having a lovely start to your week. I managed to get back in-step this week, and create a card for this weeks challenge over at The Cuttlebug Spot. It all about babies this week, and you can be sure we have some dandies, from layouts to cards. My DT/ sisters went beyond the call of duty this week, and we even have some adorable little babies to share too.

My card this week, uses a stamped image from HM, which I colored with Prisma pencils, and using the MCPT technique. The image was already colored, just needed to add it to a card. I used three CB folders here, harlequin, love lang-hearts, and welcome baby for the sentiment. I machine stitched the lace down on the top layer, added a Spellbinder border, ribbon, pins, and pearls. The card stock is SU! I love the colors of mint and blue for little boys. I think it give such a cool clean look to your card. I know you will come up with an awesome creation, so why not play along with us this week at The CuttleBug Spot. My D/T sisters have some awesome ideas to share with you all. Check them out, and be sure to leave a comment.
Until next time!

Thinking of You~For My Nephew!!

Happy Thursday Evening!

Hi~ya All!

How are all my friends in cyber-space? I hope everything is going well with all of you. I promised to post something new before the end of the week, as I missed my challenge this week over at The Cuttlebug Spot. I'm sure my D/T sister kept you busy admiring their gorgeous creations, so I don't think I was missed that much.

I did finally sit down today, and created a simple little card with one of my new SU punches. This one is the Two-step Owl punch, and he is just too cute! When I first saw it, I knew I would want it, because it is just perfect for those quick little simple cards. This card was a breeze, about 20 minutes total. The cardstock is SU, as well as the DS paper, buttons, which are (retired). The sentiment stamp is from from the Vintage Vogue set,#118598 which is in the current catalog. BTW, I still have some 2010-2011 catalogs available for purchase. You can purchase them from my other blog, Stampin' with "Um Buggin". I bet you didn't know I had another blog, well I have two others besides this one, plus an on-line store. My store is where you can view and purchase my "Jammies". Back to my card, I used dimensionals to pop the owl up, and linen thread which I threaded thru the buttons. The sentiment is also popped, and for my little valance at the top, I used my SU scalloped punch, word window punch, and the SU scalloped trim punch for the bottom. You may order 24/7 on my SU demonstrator site here.

This card is going to my nephew, the one who was in the accident back in March. Today, he was able to take his first steps unassisted without the walker or crutches. God is Good!! We were unsure if he would ever walk again, and by the grace of God, he did. When I found out, I was inspired to make him a card, since I don't see him that often. He is like my little owl, who is on the tight rope!!
Have a great Friday everyone, and don't forget I will be starting a new challenge over at "Um Buggin's" Cricut Cuts & Stamps on Sunday. Be sure to check it out!

MIA!!!! For Over A Week/~~Blog Candy????

Happy Mon.!

Good everning everyone,

WOW!! It has been over a week since I last posted here on my blog. I have really been busy working on getting things ready for my Daycare sale. I worked until the wee hours of the night trying to get everything organize. I sold some things but will likely have to do it again the next few weekends. I was so exhausted, I was not able to create a DT card for The Cuttlebug Spot this week. Sorry about that, as you know I was deemed "The Queen of Sympathy" cards by some of my friends. I would love to be named Queen of something else, lol but I guess I will have to settle for sympathy. Anyhow, I have rested the past couple of days, so I hope to have something ready to show in a couple of days.

BTW, I am almost at 200 followers, and if I am able to accomplish this by the end of the August, I will give away a pair of "Jammies" for your Cricut and Cuttlebug.

If you are not already a follower, please sign up to become one, post on your blog, linking back to me, and leave a comment here on this post. If you are already a follower than just leave me a comment, post the giveaway on your blog, linking back to this one.

I am taking a break from sewing, until after the Memorial Day holiday, because I have some card orders to complete. I will be concentrating on my cards for now.

Don't forget I will have a new challenge starting on Sunday, August 22, over at my other blog Um Buggin's Cricut Cuts and Stamps. Be sure to check it out, and play along. Until next time!

No Cuttlebug Spot!~But some Good News!!!

Happy Mon.!!

Hi~ya All!

How is everyone on this fine Monday? I hope all is going well, and my friends who attended CHA are back home safe and sound. The Cuttlebug Spot is taking a break for the next couple of weeks, so you won't see any CBS cards, but I will be creating cards and sharing them with you.

OK, now for my Good News, I have another challenge going on over at Um Buggin's Cricut Cuts & Stamps. I extended the date thru Friday, August 6th, because a lot of crafters were attending CHA. Now that most are back home, they can play along with the challenge. My prize is a set of Cricut Dust covers that I made. Check it out and play along.

No. 2~ on my list, is that I am offering FREE SHIPPING, (US Only), but for my International customers, I am giving a discount on their shipping too. This applies to my online store Dzyner's Showcase Creations by "Um Buggin", on any "Jammies" purchased. I have some new ones listed, and will be adding more this week. The coupon code is: HOTAUG-14, and you will need to enter this during checkout. If you forget, I will adjust your shipping and still give you the discount. No need to worry! The free shipping is good thru Saturday August 14th.

No. 3 ~ I have a Stampin Up! Marker Share Club which started Sunday August 1st. This club allows you to purchase the SU markers in 5 monthly installments. Come December, you will have all 38 markers from all four of the collections, plus I included the 5 incolor markers, giving you a total of 43 markers. For more details check out Stampin' with "Um Buggin".

No.4 ~The final good news is that I re-added my Stampin' Up! online ordering website again. I had it when I first started as a demonstrator, but decided to remove it because of lack of orders. It's really more convenient for the customers to just place the orders themselves. You don't have to worry about e-mailing me your orders, although I really don't mind placing them for you. If you need some help with ordering feel free to contact me.

Well that about does it for my info updates, that was alot! I hope my friends and visitors will check out my different website, and make some purchases. LOL, or at least leave a comment.

Don't forget to check out my challenge for this week, have a good one!
