TCBS D/T card~Look what's Poppin!!

Happy Tues.!

A quick Hello to all my friends, visitors, and new followers. Welcome!!

It's another fine Tuesday at The Cuttlebug Spot. We are closing out the month of showcase card folds. This week we will be sporting a Pop-Up card. There are different kinds of designs for this card, and I'm sure you will be delighted with our many different styles. My card for this week is pretty simple, nothing extravagant as some you might see. My idea was adopted from one of my Stampin' Up! sisters that posted a tutorial on SCS. It was really an easy card to do, I even did a little fussy cut on the tiny butterflies. The larger butterfly is a SU punch as well as the stamp set.

I used the CB embossing folder from the With Gratitude cut & emboss set, and added some tiny black adhesive beads to it. That is it for this week. Be sure to check out my D/T members awesome creations. Catcha' Soon!

Late~But I Finally Finished It!!

Happy Sat.!

Hi~ya All!

How is everyone? I hope you are all doing well and keeping warm and dry. We have had rain like crazy since Thursday, along with high wind. This is the kind of weather that makes you want to stay indoors, even if it is a long holiday weekend for some of us. I hate going out in this weather, so I will be tucked right in my house.

I wanted to share with you a little karate outfit I made for my sister's grand-daughter. I am only about 1 month late, for her 6Th birthday, being that I had back problems for about 6 weeks. I am just getting back into sewing and trying to catch up on some things. I know she loves Dora, so I made a karate outfit for her using some Dora material I had in my stash. I am very pleased with the way it turned out. I am also making a Dallas Cowboys karate outfit that has been requested. These are super cute for a boy or girl, depending on the material used. I hope she gets a kick out of hers. I may be creating more and listing them on my store at a later date. Right now I am working on some wedding invites and other things.

Thanks for taking a look at what I have been up too lately. Have a safe and fun holiday weekend, catcha' soon!

TCBS D/T~ Gate Fold~Wedding~"I Do" !!

Happy Tues.!

Hi~ya All!

How is everyone this Tues? I hope all are well, and that you had a lovely Valentine's day. Here at The Cuttlebug Spot we are continuing our month of fabulous folds. This week we are happy to share with you another challenge, "Open the Gates," Gate-Fold card. This card folds from both sides and meets in the middle. For my card this week I decided to do a Wedding theme. The card can be used as a wedding invite, congratulations to the happy new couple, or for an anniversary. I wasn't sure which one I wanted it to be just yet, so I left off the sentiment. I think I would love to create this as a invite, because of all the detailed cuts. BTW, I am working on some wedding invites for a friend of mine, can't show you them just yet........{:( Sorry!!

I used two different embossing folders, one for the background and the other for the heart. An yes, used the Expression for the different cuts which are popped with dimensionals giving it a 3-D effect. Be sure to check out what my fellow D/T members has in store for you. I'm sure you will find plenty of ideas for creating your card. If you get the chance, why not play along with us? Have a great week all!

Something New!~GRAB 4-Cricut Expression Covers!!

Happy Sat.!

Hi~ya Everyone!

A very Happy Valentine weekend to you all out there in cyber-space. I know the actual day is not until Monday, but just in case I miss you, enjoy your love day.

I have a little something new starting on my online store, Dzyner's Showcase by "Um Buggin". I surveyed my best selling size, the Expression, and decided to make some ala carte' covers.

These covers will be in groups of 4, GRAB-4 meaning that is usually the maximum amounts that will available. There will be a mixed selection if I am not able to get 4 of the same design. These covers are not available for special orders, and this is the only size available. If I am able to get more material in a specific pattern I will allow the special orders. If you like what you see, Grab It before it is gone! They would make a great Valentine gift for you or someone you love. Don't let them get away! Have a great weekend everyone!

TCBS~D/T Card-Steppin' It Up!!

Happy Tues.!

Hi~ya All!

WELCOME! FRIENDS & NEW FOLLOWERS!!!

How is everyone on this fine Tuesday? I hope all are well, and you are recovering from the Super Bowl parties. I watched the game while creating my Cuttlebug Spot D/T card, while the thought was dancing around in my head.

February is the month of different card folds. Last week we created a tri-fold card and today I am pleased to show you one of the versions of the Step-side Card. I needed to make more baby cards to add to my online store, so what better time than now. There are many tutorials on the Internet to create these cards, mine came from one of my Stampin' UP sisters Jackie, and she is on Splitcoast Stampers also. I used a slight variation on mine, not everything is SU, as I like to mix and match. I machine stitched the ribbon to the lace, and used my Imagine for the little bib. The cardstock, brads on the drawers, inks, bottom punch, and heart border punch is by SU. The tiny hearts on the background is from the Love/combo CB folders, and the sentiment is also the Baby/combo CB folder. Lace, ribbon and pearls are from my stash. I hope you like my little medley mixers that I used to create this card.

Be sure to check out what the rest of the D/T has in store for you. I know you will be Wowed at all this talent they have to offer. Why not play along with us this week, perfect time to try out new folds. Have a great rest of the week!

TCBS D/T ~ Tri-Fold Valentine Treat Card!!

Happy Tues.!

Hi~ya All!

A very happy first Tuesday in February to everyone. It is time for a brand new challenge over at The Cuttlebug Spot. This month we will be creating cards that showcase different styles of folds. There are so many variations of folds, along with different names, your choice of what to call it, lol. Our 1st week we will be showcasing the Tri-Fold card, meaning 3 sections. Our design team has an array of different designs to show you, so make sure you check them out.

For my Tri-fold card, I wanted to do something a little different, since I love to make cute little cards for kids. My card is also a treat holder, which I created using the SU heart cups. I bought these when they first came out last year, and haven't touched them since, bad me!! I also made a clear closure to keep the treats in when you open the card, since I was rushing to get this project finished I did not line the clear holder on the inside, my bag, but you get the general idea.

These are perfect to make for the kids for Valentine's day, or for you to pass out to friends. I would love to see your creations on The Cuttlebug Spot, show me what you got!

Have a great Wednesday, catch me on Chat tomorrow!
